how does it work?

We are working on allocated slots for pick ups to guarantee the social distancing between one customer and the next one.
If you come and collect, you will find a table outside the Restaurant we will use to put your order - after having checked the name you left with your booking.
Orders can be placed in advance - even for the following days or weeks - according to availability.

how can I order?

You can call us on 01900826655, send us an email at info@fermentoweb.co.uk or a message on facebook with the day and the time you would want your pizzas.
We will then get back to you confirming your booking or offering you the closest option.
We might not be able to answer the phone when the takeaway is open 5 pm-8.30 pm, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.

can i collect something from the shop with my pizza?

OF COURSE! Just place your order on our website, select the "order and collect" option within the delivery options and just let us know when you are coming to collect your pizza, we will have them both ready for you on your selected day!

how can we pay?

When you are coming to collect it you will just need your contactless card and you will be able to make your payment just tapping through the glass of our window.

do you do gluten free pizzas?

đŸ‘‰All menu available (yes! Including the tiramisu!) with just £2.00 additional cost to menu prices for every gluten-free item purchased.

đŸ‘‰Limited availability - gluten free preps need to be done on a different time than the others, so for now there is just a limited number of gf pizzas we will be able to provide, but we will keep adjusting that according to the requests we will receive to try and satisfy all your requests.
